Some of you may have been redirected to this page to examine the Quality Systems Development Roadmap (QSDR) that was originally developed in 2007 and 2008. It is the decision support process that was featured in the article Starting from Scratch published in Quality Progress in 2008.
The QSDR is currently undergoing an overhaul. We are validating each rule in the decision tree and building an expert system to guide 4 different types of organizations through their decision making process. This is part of a senior design project in the Department of Integrated Science and Technology (ISAT) at James Madison University (JMU), so it is on a schedule with firm completion required by mid-April 2011.
